Data is held securely and no data is shared with any third party. Personal data is securely stored within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's geographical boundaries to ensure the preservation of the nation's digital sovereignty over this data.

تُحفظ البيانات بشكل آمن ولا يتم مشاركة أي بيانات مع أطراف ثالثة. يتم تخزين البيانات الشخصية بأمان داخل الحدود الجغرافية للمملكة العربية السعودية لضمان الحفاظ على السيادة الرقمية للمملكة على هذه البيانات.

We adhere to the highest standards and practices to ensure the security and protection of data. We also adhere to national regulations and instructions related to destroying personal data and disposing of it once the purpose of its collection is fulfilled, or archiving it securely to prevent misuse or unauthorized access.

نلتزم بأعلى المعايير والممارسات لضمان أمن البيانات وحمايتها. كما نلتزم باللوائح والتعليمات الوطنية المتعلقة بإتلاف البيانات الشخصية والتخلص منها فور اكتمال الغرض من جمعها، أو أرشفتها بأمان لمنع إساءة الاستخدام أو الوصول غير المصرح به.

4. Your Rights Under Saudi Personal Data Protection Law

4. حقوقك بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, issued by Royal Decree No. (M/19) of 9/2/1443H, amended by Royal Decree No. (M/148) of 05/09/1444H, and its implementing regulations, users have the following rights, dependent on the purpose for which data is collected and processed:

بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/19) بتاريخ 9/2/1443هـ، والمُعدَّل بالمرسوم الملكي رقم (م/148) بتاريخ 05/09/1444هـ، ولائحته التنفيذية، يتمتع المستخدمون بالحقوق التالية وفقاً للغرض الذي تُجمع البيانات وتُعالَج من أجله:

• Right to be Informed — You have the right to know the methods of data collection, the legal basis for its collection and processing, the purpose, how it is processed, stored, and destroyed, and with whom it will be shared.
• Right of Access — You have the right to request access to your personal data held by us.
• Right to Rectification — You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Right to Erasure — You have the right to request deletion of your personal data once the purpose of collection is fulfilled, subject to applicable regulations.
• Right to Restrict Processing — You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
• Right to Data Portability — You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured format where applicable.

• الحق في الإعلام — يحق لك معرفة أساليب جمع البيانات والأساس القانوني لجمعها ومعالجتها والغرض منها وكيفية معالجتها وتخزينها وإتلافها والجهات التي ستُشارَك معها.
• حق الوصول — يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية المحفوظة لدينا.
• حق التصحيح — يحق لك طلب تصحيح أي بيانات شخصية غير دقيقة أو منقوصة.
• حق المحو — يحق لك طلب حذف بياناتك الشخصية فور اكتمال الغرض من جمعها، مع مراعاة الأنظمة المعمول بها.
• حق تقييد المعالجة — يحق لك طلب تقييد معالجة بياناتك الشخصية في ظروف معينة.
• حق قابلية نقل البيانات — يحق لك استلام بياناتك الشخصية في صيغة منظمة حيثما ينطبق ذلك.
